C~ty Attorney SteVenson reported on a settlement of the ~omld Claim
in the sum of $~B0.6~. M.r 01dham~moved and seconded by Mr Halverson that the clerk
be instructed to issue a warraz~t~ from the accident fund in the sum of $~0.00.
