by the dlerk,regarding the condition of building damaged by fire,No BOa ~ront S~ree
Letter referred b~ck ~o the Ohief ~o submit a more detailed statemen~ of ~he
condition of ~he building,m~d ~he Glerk send a copy of the letter to ~1rs Tor~nson,
~&r ~ N.~oore being presen~ addressed ~he Gommission regardtn
the advisability of putting a s~airs a~ ~he intersection of Sixth Street and the
beach at the Bay,so as ~o make i~ more convenient for travel.
The ma~ter was referred to the City Engineer for investigati~
and report later.
Petition received from proper~y owners to pa~e Seventh Stree
£rom the East margin of Warren Avenue to the ~est margin of Park Avenue,
Pe~£~ion being read was referred ~o the City Engineer and

approved and allowed by a majority of ~he Commission,the Clerk be instructed to

the ~emoval of a water pipe ~ha~ runs over his property,~fter the letter was read
it was ordered filed and the question re~erred to the ~ity Engineer for ~dJustmen~.
