Regular meeting of the City Go~ission held Wednesday, January 20, 1926. at
ten (10) o'clock, A.M., with Mayor C.E.B. 01dh~ presiding, and G~mmissieners
Halverson and Casad present at roll call.
l~Iinutes of the previous meeting read and ~. Halverson moved, seconded by
L,~. Casad that the minutes be approved as read. ~otion carried'as~follows:

l,~ayor Oldham a~o~ced ~he appointment of Mr. T.L. Kirk to act on the Library
board to fill the vacancy caused by the expiration of his term.
~,ir. Casad moved, seconded by ~. Halverson Shat ~he appointment be confirmed.

call for bids for a prowler car for the Police Department, to be a six cylinder
to~ing car and no~ to exceed fifteen h~dred ~$1500.00) dollars. Bids to be opened
2ebruary Z, 1926. This notification is to be published three consecutive times in
the official newspaper. ~iotton carried as follows: ~iayor 01dham, Yes, lit. Halverson,

a majority of the Co~ission be allowed and the clerk issue warrants for same.

L,~r. Casad moved, seconded by i!r, Halverson that the City Clerk be instructed
~o write the Woods D~otor Company re~rding the condition of s~reet curbing a~ ~our~h
and Park Avenue, instructing them to have the curbing replaced, and put.in proper
condition, also ~o write ~ir. J. Wolfe, Paul Iiehner and the I~ettler Hogan 0ompany
