The Co~ission su~este~ the a~visability o~ consulting the Fraterna~ Societies in the~ Cit~i~h~a~?~ieW.~f their interest and co-opera- tion in the matter as~a~ present the Co~ission as reper~en~ng tP~e city were unable to render any ~finaneial ass~etance on accost of the official budget for the year 19~8 having been prcpared and pas~sod upon,ou~ would encourage the proposi$ion as much as possible alon~ other lines.
