held on wednesday morning December ~l,19Z0 at ten o'clock, Mayor ~oGillivray
presiding, Cor~ntssioner Halverson, Co~mmi~ sioner Casad and City Attorney German,
being present at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of reg~la~ meeting of December ~,19~0 and on motion of
~,~r.Halverson and M~r~Casad same were approved ~s read,all members voting Yes.
Clerk reported this as date set for hearing on proposed improvement of ~oKenzie
.~venue, and that several proteots had been filed, protests were then checked by the
Cormmi: sion and were referred to the ~ngineering de~l$~nent for computation.
~ir Casad reported that protest had been checked and represented almost ~0% cf the
total area of proposed dist~iot.
