Clerk read Odrinance ~928 providing fo~ the improvement of Ironsides Avenue,
from the inter section of Eas~ 1Sth S~ree~ and said avenue $o the center line of
said avenue and East 16th Street, by clearing, grubbing,grading and the construction
of concrete walks five feet in width on each side thereof, and by doing such other
work in_connection therewith as to fihis~l~he Job in a good and workmanlike manners
creating L.I.D. ~lB2 and providing for the payment for ~he said improvememt to be
made by special assessment upon the property in said district, and payable by the
mode of payment by bonds.
