Clerk read minutes of regular meeting of November 5th 1930 and a~Journment thereof
Motion by Mr. Oldham and Mr. Halverson to approve minutes as read, carried as

I~M. Casd reported that the extension of ~li~abeth Avenue sewer had been eom-
pleted by day labor ~der hie supervision a~ a considerable saving to property
owners. ~. Oasad also submitted assessment roll of Local Improvement District
~121.
