Regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, Washington,
held on wednesday October 29,19~0 at ten 0'clock A.E., N~yor 01dham presiding,
Commissioner Halverson, Commissioner Casad and City Attorney Gorman being present
at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of regular meeting held on 0ct.22, 19~0.
~lotion by Mr.01dham and N.r.Halverson to approve minutes as read carried as follows;

01erk ~ead letter from Chamber of Commerce oaiiing attention to dangerous turn at
south end of Callow Avenue; Mr~ Casad reported~ ~hat the place in question was receiv-
ing attention and the 01erk was instructed to so inform the Chamber of Commerce.

Clerk reported that he bed':checked ~he petition for band concerts and had'found
tl~e names of 1289 registered'voters attached thereto,
~¥~otion by Mr. 01dham and Mr.0asad to refer petition to City Attorney for such
action as is necessary, carried as follows: Mr~Oldham, Yes..Mr.Halverson, Yes. Mr.
Casad, Yes.

Elizabeth Avenue.

Pursuant to adjournment regular meeting of the City Commission was reconvened at
ten o'clock A.E. 00t,~l,1980. ~yor Oldham presiding, 0ommissioners Halverson and
Casad being present at roll call.
Clerk certified to sufficiency of petition for band concerts and read resolution
providing for the submi~sion of the question to the qualified electors at the City
election to be held on December 1,

Petition was received from property owners on 0ogean Avenue asking that their
