Clerk reporte~ that three bids had been received for the supply of 24 inch steel
pipe and on m~tion of ~01dham and Mr, Halverson, bids were opened, as f~llows:
from K~ng Brothres, from Steel Tank and Pine Company and from Beall Tank and Pipe
Comp~ny. After cmmputl~g the ~ids Mr~ Casad reported that the Beall Company
h~d submitted the lowest and best ~id.
