Deputy Clerk read resolution providing for assessment roll for Local
Improvement Distrio~ ~l~O.
~o~ion by Mr. 01dham and Mr. Casad to pass resolution as read, and

Motion by ~ 01dham and Mr~ Casad to allow all bills approved by 0ommisslon

Mr. Casad reported on fire at the water shed and tha~ last Sunday
all men .~h~t were available were ~mt to work and that finally, he requested
the Capt of the Yard to send some assistance. The fire was checked after a rain
l~st Sunday nits.
L~. Casad reported progress onthe m~iling of water and garbage service bills.
