Clerk read minutes of regular meeting of August 6,19~0 and on motion, of Mr.
ldham and Mr.Halverson same were approve~ as read.
Olerk read Ordinance ~920 Providing for li0ensing and regulation of miniature
,olf courses and providing pens%ties.
Motion by Mr. Oldham and Mr, Halverson to pass ordinance as read. carried as
ollows: Mr. Oldham, Yes. ~r. H. lverson, Yes. Mr. C.sad. Absent.
Motion hyMr. Halverson and Mr, Oldham to allow all bills approved by a majority.

Clerk read letter from Harry Ballou. asking the 0ommissioners to allow him a
~ension of fifty cents a da~ the applicant bein~ present was informed by the Mayor
;hat the Oity had no.fun~s for. such purpose.
Clerk reported this as date set for hearing on~a~of alley in 0oder's add~tion
Motion ~y Mr. Ol~ham and Mr. HalVerson to continue hearing for one week. carried

Clerk reported this as date of hearing on assessment roll of L.I.D.~ll8 and stated
that no protests had been filed.

roll of L.I.D. ~11~ n,~AaYedrB~nordinanoe ~907 providing for the improvement of
16th Street.& Providing for the issuance of bonds in payment of said improvement.
Motion by Mr. Oldham and Mr. Halverson ~c pass or~inanse as read. carried as

Motion by Mr. Halversqn and Mr. 01dham to adjourn until Z.SO o'clock P.M. to
day, carried as follows: Mr. Oldham. Yes. Mr. Halverson, ~es. Mr. Casad, Absent.
~ursuant ~o adjournment the regular meeting of the commission was re-convened
at 3.30 o'clock £. M. ~Atguet 13.1930, Mayor 01dham presiding, commissioners
Halverson and Commissioner Oasad and the Oity Attorney being present at roll call.
Mr. Casad reported that it had been necessary to interrupt the water service on
McKenzie Avenue and install J0 feet of new pipe before service could be resumed.
~ir. Casad reporte~ that he had checked ~p carefully on the work performed by Mr.
Ooyne under his contract and had found the work performed in a satisfactory manner.
Motion by Mr. Oldham and Mr. Halverson that Job be accepted and clerk instructed
to issue warrant for final ~aYment as shown by the report of lEt. Ounningham the
Engineer in charge in the amount of $1~50.82. Mr. Ooyne to sign the customary
release; carried as follows: Mr. Oldham, Yes. Mr.Halverson, Yes. Mr. Oasad,Yes.
Motion by Mr. HalverSon and Mr. Oldham to adjourn, carried as follows:
