A~plications were received from Bremerton-Charleston Transportation CompanylW.S.
I£azris and J~mes Gibson for renewal of JITNEY licenses and on motion of ~.Oldham and
:~Ir. H~lverson Clerk was directed to issue renewal licensee~all members voting Yes.
Clerk read copy of assignment of D.O.Tenney transferring to the western Gas and Uti]
ities Corporation all his interest in the gas f~anchise granted by ordinance ~91£.
Jlerk also reported that the Company h~d filed its certified check for $1000.00 as pro-
~ided by ordinance.
Hotion by Hr.H~lverson and Hr. Oldham to approve assignment and instruct Clerk to

Clerk submitted Quit Clmim Deed from Llda G.Emmons and K.D.Banks transferring to
he City for street purposes a 50 foot strip of tract one Block ~ne ~illiams acre tract
