Clerk read petition from Mr and {~rs E.W.Schweer; Mr and Nfs W.L.Rea; ~,~ and
[{.L.Bender requestiflg the vacation of EaSt 13th Street and East 14th Street from the
intersection of said streets with Mallow Avenue~west to the meander line of Port
~ashington Narrows.
Clerk also read resolution setting wednesday Jure 4th 1930 at ten o'clock a.H.
as time of hearing on the foregoing'petition and instructing City Clerk to post the
~otice of said hearing. Motion by ~[r. Oldham and Mr. HalVerSon to pass resolution

Clerk read letter from City At~0rney in reference to the Rasmussen property on
Sheldon Blvd. an~ same was ordered filed.

The question of Public roadway or right of way along the meander line in front of
the 3'ord coal yard and other property abutting on Sheldon Blvd. was discussed at some
length, but no decision was made by the commission.
