held on wednesday April 16,19JO at ten o'clock A.M. ~{ayor Oldham Presining,Oommisslo~er
Halverson, Commissioner Casad and City Attorney Gorman being present at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of regular meeting of April 9,19J0 and on motion of N~r.01dham
and ~,.~. Halverson same were approved as read,all members voting Yes.
Clerk read letter from Commissioner Casad submit~ing the ~ollowing data in connee
~ion with the McKenzie Avenue, et.al.proposed improvement:-
1. Description and boundaries of D%strict; E.~ The estimated cost of the improvement

Clerk ~ead Ordinance ~91~ being an ordinance granting to D.O.Tenney,his heirs,
successors and assigns a 50 year franchise for ~he purpose of furnishing the citizens
of Bremertoh,Washington,with light,heat and power by gas in the City of Bremerton,
and the right,privilege and franchise to construct,maintain and operate gas works for
the manufacture and or natural gas and to lay gas pipes and mains in the s~reets,
avenues, lanes, alleys,highways and other public places of ~he ~ity of Bremerton.
