01~ham and Hr.Halverson to approve minutes as read, carried as follows:

Clerk submitted bond of L.L.Lent contractor on the wharf heating system Job
~.~same was approved by City Attorney, as to form.
~,Iotion by ~.[r, 01dham and ~. Halverson to approve and accept bond, carried
as follows: Er. Oldham, Yes. Mr. Halverson, Yes. ~.M. ~asad, Yes.
~lerk reported that he had appointed ~Ms N.~.Stankey as deputy clerk in
charge of registration and on motion of Mr. Oasad and ~,~, Oldham appointment
was confirmed.
~.[r. Dan Davis and several eth~rs/appea~ed before the com~nission and enquired
about proposed change of location ~hich would be made necessary if the ~Na~ yard
fence was taken down; the ~,~ayor informed the committee that while the commission
had no information about the removal cf the fence the mat~er w~u~ddbe cared for i~
the best m~nner possible.
