held on wednesday December 23,19J1 at tom o'clock A,M.,Mayor I~[cGillivray,presiding,
Commi~sioner Halverson, Commissioner Oasad and 0try Attorney German,being present a~
Clerk read minutes of regular metting held on December 16,1931 and on motion of
i~'[r Casad and Mr Halverson same were approved as read,all members voting Yes.
Clerk read resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sell to R.J.EcGuire and
wife Lot 19,Block 2, Port Orchard Addition to Oharleston for the sum of $250.00 on
terms of $?5.00 down and $5.00 per month with seven ,per cent interest on deferred
paym'nts.

Election held in the City of Bremerton on the 19th day of December 1951,is true and
correct as shown by the poll books now on.file in my office ~.City Clerk.
Clerk was instructed to spread the ~rdinanoe,as adopted at the polls, on the book
of Ordinances and to certify to same in the usual manner.
The ~iayor ~'epor~ed 2hat the Commission had duly considered the bids submitted for
Tra£fio Signal equipmen~ and had decided ~o purchase ~he 'Gamewell Company's equi~men!

The question of Garbage collection was taken up and considered, and it was shown
that under existing circumstances it would not pay to extend the service to East
