Clerk read deed from the Bremer~on Bridge Company dedicating certain land for
s~reet purposes, Mo~ion by N. r Halverson and Mr McGillivray ~o refer ~o the City
recorded

approved, all members vo~ing Yes.
Clerk read resolution declaring ~he old building locm~ed on a par~ of ~he
Southwest quarter of ~he Sou~hwes~ quarter of Section Pour~een (l~) Township
1hventy four ~2~) North Range One ~l) Eas~, a menace to life and proper~y;
directing the Building inspector to notify ~he owner ~o have same removed ~nd
if not so remove~ within ten days ~o ~ave same torn down and charge the expense
thereof agains~ ~he property,
