Clerk read minu~es of regular meeting held on October £1,19~l and on me,ion of
~r ~oGillivray and M~r 0asad same were approved as read,all members voting Yes.
~r ~asad reported that Oo~trao~er had completed his Job on Local Improvement
District l~ and on mo~ion of Mr Casad and I~&r EcGillivray ~he ~ob was accewted.
L~r C~sad submitted final estimate of L.I.D. ~12~ in favor of M_r Attwel~ showing
amount due at this time $441~,§5.

and Perry Avenue from its intersection wt~h ~ast Ninth Street ~o the souSh bo~dary
of Eas~ Eleventh S~ree~,by clearing grubbing and grading and the construction of
five f~o~ walks on each side of said ~venues and d0~ug such other work as may be
