Regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, Washington,
held on wednesday October 21, 19~l at ten o'clock A.M., Nayor McGillivray,presidiz
Commissioner Halverson, Commissioner Oasad and City Attorney Gorman being present
at roll call. .
Clerk read minutes of October i4,19~1 and on mo~ion of Mr Halverson and Mr Oasa
same were approved as read, all members voting Yes.
Clerk reported ~his as date set for hearing on prgposal to improve Hayward Ave.
and Terry Avenue as per resolution passed Sep~.2~, 19~1 and read protest from Ers
Plora £. Mmr~in and others. There was a large representation of prooerty owners
in proposed Dis~rict present and the question was discussed freely~ Clerk read th
preliminary estimate of the City Engineer showing the cost of proposed improvement.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr Oasad ~o overrule all pro~ests, carried as follow

Clerk reported that hearing on proposed improvement of Fifth Street west of
Naval ~venue had bean continued until today.

the auspices of ~he Presidcn~'s organima~ion of unemploymen~ relief, ~o handle
the unemployment situation of the City of Bremer~on.
