Regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,Washington
held on wednesday October ~,lg31, Mayor MoGillivray Presiding, Commissioner
Halverson, Commissioner Caead and City Attorney Gorman being present at roll call
Clerk read minutes of regular meeting held on September 30,19~1 and Statutory
meeting held on October B, 1931. and on motion of NLr Casad and M.r MoGillivray
minutes of both meetings were approved as read, all members voting Yes.
Motion by ~r Halverson mhd N~r Cased to allow all bills approved by e majority
of the co~m~i~sion, carried as follows: M~r McGillivray, Yes, ~. H~lverson, Yes.
Er Cased, Yes.
Clerk read resolution authorizing and instructing the City Treasurer to transfe
the sum of $433.31 from the Current Expense fund to ~.I.D.~lO0 fund to correct
error of City Treasurer I~vender.

as follows: Mr MaGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Casad, Yes.
~[otion by Mr Oasad and Mr ~oGillivrey to extend the time of Gontractor Attwell
for the completion of ~,I.D. ~lB4 l0 days beyond the time allowed in contract,
carried as follows: ~r McGiilivray, ~es. ~ Halverson, Yes. Mr Cased, Yes.
City Engineer reported on the assessed valuation of the property included in
P.L.I.D. of ~erry and Hayward ~venues; and on motion of ~ MoGillivray and Mr
Cased report was referred to City Attorney, all members voting Yes.
