Clerk read minu~es of re'g~lar meetingI Of September 16th 1981,and on motion of Mr
Cased and Mr MoGilli~ray same were approved as read, all members voting, Yes~
Clerk read resolution declaring intention off,the Commissioners to order the
improvement of Ha~ward Avenue from its interseOtion with,'~'~''~:t~''~:-~:-=~:-~:-'~ Nest
Ninth Street to the south boundary of East l~h ~t~eet, ar~l'~erry Avenue .from its
intersection with East Ninth Street tO the south boundary of~aSt ~leventh Street

by clearing,grubbing and gradingi~he construction cf five foo~_/walks on ~ch side
of said streets within' ~he limits p2oposed tc be improved, the oonstruotio~ of
concrete curbs and gutters,providing for all neoessar2 drainage,and the adjustment
of all water mains and servicesland the improveme~ of East Ninth ~treet frc~err2
Avenue to Hayward Avenue by providing for ~he drainage thereof, together with all
other work in connection ~herewi~h as to make thm ~mP~ovement a complete Job.
