Regular meeting,of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,Wa~hington,
held on wednesday September 16,19~1 at ten o'clock A. M, Mayor MoGillivra~prssi~ing,
Commissioner Halverson, Oommissioner Casad and City Attorney Gorman being present
at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of regular meeting of September 9,19~1 and adjournment8
thereof, also minutes of statutory meeting held on September 14, 19el.
Motion by Mr Casad and Mr McGillivray to approve minutes as read carried as
follows: Mr MoGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Casad, Yes.
Clerk read claim of Mr~ Eahn for $6.00 damages to his oar alledging oarlessness
of 0ity employees. Referred ~o City Attorney.
01e~kread letter fr°m the Clerk of the Community Church pro~es~ing the action of
contractor, working on sunda~ in violation Of law.
Referred to Mr oaea~ to see that contractor Complies wi,th the law. and Olerk
instructed to write to the Clerk of the 0h~rch that there would be no further
violations.
01erk read comm~uication from the Bremerton Bridge Company and on motion of Mr
Halverson and Mr McGillivray same was referred to the City Attorney.

City Engineer presented preliminary estimate for the proposed improvement of
Fifth Street west of Naval Avenue,
Eotion by Mr Halverson and Mr Casad to aDprove estimate, carried as follows:
