Regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, Washington,
hel& on wednesday September 9~1931 at ten o'clock A, M. Mayor McGillivray pre 3.
Commissioner Ralv~rson, Commissioner Casad and City Attorney Gorman being present
at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of regular meeting of September ~,1931 and on motion of M~r ad s
and Mr MoGillivray same were approved as rea~' all members voting Yes.
City Engineer submitted report on application of property owners on ~erry ~venuE
and Hayward Avenue for street improvements and on motion of Mr MoGilliVray and Mr
Casad action was deferred for one week, all members voting yes.
Clerk read proposed ordinance regulatin the sale of milk and milk products in
the City of Bremerton and providing penalties for violation thereof.
Motion by IJr Halverson and N.r ~cGillivray to s~rike out section ~E,oarried as
follows: Mr McGillivray Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. ~M.Casad Yes.
Motion by ~M Halverson and l&r MoGillivray to pass ordinance as oorreoted,carrAe~
as follows: ~r McGillivray Yes. ~M.Halverson, Yes. ~r Casad, Yes.
