Regular meeting Of the 0ity Commission of the City of Bremerton,Washington,
held on wednesday August 19, 1991 at ten o'clock ~.M, Mayor McGillivray,presiding,
0ommissioner Halverson, Commissioner Casad and City Attorney. Gorman being present
a~ roll call.
Clerk read minutes of regular meeting held on August 12.1931 and on motion of
~ Halverson and M.r MeGillivray same were approved as read,all members voting Yes.
Olerk read letter from Oity Treasurer submitting list of collateral from the
rarious bank carrying 0ity depositS; referred to the Mayor and Olerk,
Clerk read draft of proposed agreement renewing contract with the banks now
Lesignated aa depositaries.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr MoGillivray to approve eontraetnas to form;
~arried as follows: Mr MeGillivray, Yes. Mr. Halverson, Yes. Mr. Casad, Yes.
Motion by Mr. HalVerson and N~r. MoGilli~r~y to allow all bills approved by
~ majority of the Commission, carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes.

The Commission discussed a bill from Bamr an~ 0unningham for serviees as eon-
,ulting Engineers on the Ooyne e0ntraot with the Water Department.
