Clerk read letter from ~.A.~0rter cOmplaining about the amount of his water bill
for June; referred to Clerk.
~lerk read letter from Mr.F.~.Moore asking for adjustment of water bill and the
Commissioners agreed to meet him on next friday morning at ten o'clock to consider
his claim.

to change the distrio~ by cut~ing ou~ that part of Perry Aven~l north of 1Bth St.

of East llth Stree~ from the oen~er line of Winfield Avenue to ~he cen~er line of
Trenton Avenue, Wynard Avenue from the Trenton Avenue,North to the City limits; Perry
Avenue from ~he north margin of llth Street north to ~he north margin of E.lZth Stree~
and East 18th Stree~ from the Eas~ margin of Perry Avenue to ~he Center line of Iron-
sides Avenue. Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr McGiI~ivray to pass ordinance as
