Halverson and ~r. Casad same were 'approved as read all members vo~ing yes.
Clerk reported that he ~ad received onebid on official publications and on motion
of [~.Halverson and ~&r.0asad bid was &uly opened and found to be from the News-Searchll
Company offerin to publish all official notices a~ Eighty ~igh~ {88} cents per column
inch for first insertions and 6~ cents for all subsequent insertions.

Clerk reported this as date set for hearing on ~he vacation of'East 13th
from the wes~ margin of ~f~arlow Avenue,west to the Neander line of Port Washington
i~a~'rows and presented a largely signed protes~ from residents of the district; ~he
City ~t~0~ney stated that an error had been made in ~he publication of no~ices which
would make it necessary ~o begin proceedings all over again~ excep~ that ~he filed
protests would be valid.
