Regular meeting of the City CoHnui~sion cf the City of Bremerton,~ashington,
held on wednesday Jan. 28,1931 at ten o'clock A.M., ':M, ayor I,~cGillivray,presiding.
Commissioner Halverson, Commissioner Casad and 0ity Attorney Gorman being present
at roll call.
Clerk read minu~es cf regular meeting ef Jan;21-22,1931 and on motion cf
1,,~ Iialverson and ~.McGillivray same were approved as read,all members voting YES
Clerk reported this ~s date of opening bids for supply of gasoline and oils
for ensuing and that five bids had been meceived; motion by ~M Halverson and ~M.
McGillZvray to open bids, carried as follows: ~M.McGillivray Yes, Mr. Halverson
Yes. ~,~. Casad, Yes. Bids found to be from ~he following companies: Shell,
Standard, Associeted, General, and Bartlett.[Union bid received la~e)

in front of his place of business needed at~ention: referred to Mr. Oasad.
Clerk reported that the proposad improvement of Broadway had been continued
un~il ~oday and that. no bids had been zeoei~ed.

under the supervision of the Oity Er~gineer,if suitable ~.inancial arrangements can
