being present at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of regular meeting of December ~,1932 and on motion cf
~,~ Halverson and ~ Casad same w~re approved as re~d,all members voting yes.
Ho~ion by ~Ir Halverson and Mr Casad to ~llcw all bills approved by a majority

Clerk reported that tha$ lots 7 and 8 of Block 5 and sou~h half of west half
lot 5 in block 6, ~arren Smi~k's ~icre Tracts had been purchased by ~he Garbage
Department from the County for use as a sanitary fill.

eight in Block five and south half of Wes$ half of lo~ five in Block six of Uarr,
Smith's Acre tracts for the use and beneft~ of the Gmrbage department,from f~unds
