Co~mi~sioner Casad and City Attorney German being presen~ at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of the regular merging held on June 22, 1932 and same were
approved as read.

the city beoau?~..e Atwe~. . .had deposited some debris on hi~ lots at East Bremerton;
Referred ~o 0ity A~torney.
Clerk submitted contrae~ with the Navy Department for supply of fresh wa~er at
the Navy yard and ~nmunition depo~ for ~he ensuing year at the price of ten cents
per 1000 gallons, and on me,ion of M_r 0asad and M~r MoOillivray ~yor and ~lerk were
authorized ~o sign same.
Clerk read an Ordtn~noe levying an occupation tax on retail dealers in coal,wood,
fuel,fuel oil,lumber and building material,mhd on request of Oommissioner Oasad smme
was laid over for one week.
