Regular meeting of the City Co,~ission of the City of Bremerton,Washington.
held on wednesday June 8,1952 at t~ni~o'clock A.M.
~,~yor MeGillivray being absent on 0ity Business and Commissioner Casad having
an appointment with the State Engineer at ll o'clock A.M. the meeting was adjourned
until 2.50 o'clock P.M.
Pursuant to adjournment the regular'meeting meeting cf the Cl~y 0ommission was
re-convened a~ £-80 o'clock p.m. June 8,1952, Mapor McGilli~ray,presidlng, 0ommis-
sioner C~sad being present at roll call, Mr.Halverson and the City Attorney being
absent on City business.
Clerk read minutes of the regular meeting held on June 1,19J2 and on mo~ion of
~tr Casad and Er McGillivray same~w~re approved as read.
C2erk read letter from Automatic Music Company of Seattle requesting licenses
for penny in the slo~ machines. The ~yor stated ~hat he ~.s not in favor of issuing
any licences for this class of business,,and sta~ed that when presen~ licenses expire
July l, 19Z2 no others would be issued.
Clerk read ordinance ~96~ amending Ordinance ~968 granting the use of~yooff
Avenue sou~h of Por~er S~ree~ ~o the Kitsap County Co-operative canning association
for ~en years instead of five years.
Motion by Mr Casad and Mr McGillivray to pass ordinance on first rea~ing and file
in Clerk's office one week for public inspection, carried as follows: ~ McGillivray

Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing ~he Mayor and City Clerk to sell
north half of lots ~l?,lS,and 20, Block 1,High School Addition to J.W.Fuller for the
s~m of ~i6&.O0 on terms of $~.00 cash and ~he balance at SB.O0 per month wl~h interes
on deferred pa~nen~s of ?%.
