Regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, Washington,
held on wednesday May 4,1932 at ten o'clock ~.M, Mayor McGilllvray, pre:siding,
Co~aissioner Halverspn, 0ommissicner Casad and City ittorney Gorman,being presen~
at roll call.
~inutes cf regular meeting of April 2~,19S2 read and on mo~ion cf ~[r 0asad and
~,~ ~cGillivray same were approved as read all members voting Yes.
Clerk read letter from Dr. T. C. Baldwin, County Health Officer reporting his
findings on requested inspection of Helm property on city watershed.
Ho~ion by Mr Halverson and ~r McGillivray to refer to Mr Casad, carried as

Clerk read petition from Mr Tucker and other reslden~s cf Pensylvania Avenue
north of Sixth Street requesting ~he construction of a storm and sanitary sew~
~o serve their property.
Motion of M.r Halverson and ~,~ McGillivray to refer to ]~ngineering Dept for
checking, carried as follows: ~r ~cGillivray Yes. I~ Halverson, Yes. l~ir Casad,Yes
City attorney submitted deed from ~rancis E. Bunco for a triangular piece of
ground of£ the southeast corner of Lot 19 of William Bunco first addition to
Charleston (now Bremerton~ to be used for street purposes. (0onsideration $100.00
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr McGillivray to accept deed and instruct clerk
~o have same recorded, carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. 2,ir ttalverson,

Motion by Nr Halverson and M~r MoGillivray to allow all bills approved by a
majority of the commission, carried aw follows: ~[r McGillivray, Yes. Mzr Halverson

I~r Casad reported that he had requested the department of Public Works to send
a man to check up on electric meters at water plant, that inspection had been made
resulting in a saving to the water department.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr Oasad to ad~ourn, carried as follows:
