Regular meeting of the City commission of the City of Bremer~om, ~?ashington.
held on wednesday April E?th 19Z2 at ten o'clock A.H., ~yor McGillivray,presiding,
Com~i~sioner Halverson, Commi~'sioner Casad and Ci~y Attorney Gorman being present a~
roll call.
Clerk read minu~es of regular meeting held on April 20, 19JE and oh motion of
~r Casad and Mr Halverson same were approved as read, all members voting Yes.
Le~er read from P. ~, Moore, Attorney for ~iar~in HcGovern demanding wa~er ser-
vice at his property on ~2nard AVenue and threatining mandamas proceedings;
Clerk was instructed to informer Moore ~ha~ he might proceed in any way he considered
bes~; ~ Moore arrived at ~his ~ime and was so informed.
Clerk read Ordinance ~96~ rela$ing to and providing for ~he examination and
licensing of journeymen electricians and for the li~ensing,r~gistra~ion and bonding
of Master electricians, creating an~ examining board,defining pffences and providing
penalties for violation ~hereof;

Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing ~he ~yor and 0lerk to sell ~o
L. I,~. Rhodes for the sum of two hundred dollars on terms of $40. down and .$~. per
month wi~h interest on deferred payments of sevem per cent per annum the following
described property.
