Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to
~ell to i~red Pellenz for the price of Nine Hundred Six and 1~-10~ ~$906.1~} Dollars
all of Lots 1.~.~. Block 17, original plat of Oharleston,now Bremerton, on terms of
$~BO.00 down and monthly installments of SB1.00 each with interest at the rate of
seven per cent untill the whole sum of $906.1A has been paid.

Clerk read new light and power contract with the ~uget Sound Power and Light
~nd s~me was explained by }&r Steele District ~nager of the 0ompany, }~r Oasad stated
~hat he had checked the new contract and there would be a very considerable saving
~ver ~he former arrangement.
