Letter read from J.W.Barron Adjuster claiming $~8,00 damages to J.~.Hubbell's car

motion of Mr 0asad and ~ Halverson same were duly opened and found to be from the

T~xaco Co., General 0il 0o.,A~sociated 0il 0o., for gasoline and oil, and one for oil
only from Kendall Refining Co.

The Oi~y A~orney reported on the mat~er of ~he bill from the Citizens Bank for a
charge for service for handling ~he Active Accoun~ of She City; tha~ he had a meeting
with ~he representatives of ~he banks of the 0i~y and ~hey had ~dvised him ~ha~ in ~he
future they would refuse ~o receive 0i~y deposits unless ~uch charge was allowed,~hat
he then took ~he question up,by ~elephone, with ~he Municipal Departmen~ of S*&~* and
was advised tha~"while ~here is no law authorizing the allowance of such a bill,o~her
oi~ies of ~he State had been compelled ~o allow such charge and that our oi~y would
h~ve ~o mee~ the situation and that probably no depar~men~ of the S~ate would critioi~
~0~ ~o~io~'~.
