Regular meeting of the Oity 0on~ission of the City of Bremerton, Washington.
held on wednesday January 13,1932,at ten o'clock a.m. Mayor McGillivray presiding,
ll~mnissloner Halverson, and Co.mmissioner Casad being present at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of regular meeting held on January 6,1932 and on motion of
2&r Casad and Mr MoGillivray same were approved as read all members voting YES.
Olerk read letter fromM, rs C.E.Martin making claim on behalf of her daughter
who had been injured by falling on the street where the water mains were being
laid.
The Mayor reported that he had investigated and had Dr Polk examine the lady
and believed she was entitled ~the small damages asked.
Motion by Mr Halverson and ~r McGlllivray That the Commission believes the
claim to be Just and Instruct the 01erk to refer it to the 0asualty Company for
payment, carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. ~M Halverson, Yes. Mr Casad,Yes.
Mo~ion by ~M Halverson and Mr McGillivray to allow all bills approved by a ~J-
Srity of the 0ommission, car=led as follows: Mr MoGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson,
Yes. ~&r Casad Yes.
Clerk reported that he had bids from the Tacoma Electrochemical Company and
from ~he Hooker Electro Chemical Company for the supply of Chlorine for the
ensuing year and that both bids were alike in price.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr Oasad to award contract to the Tacoma Electro-
chemical company, carried~as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes, Mr Ha~verson. Yes.
~r Casad, Yes.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr Oasad to ad~ourn, carried as follows:
