Regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,Washington,
held on saturday December S0, 1933 at ten o'clock, A.M.,Mayor McGilllvray,
presiding, Commissioner ttalverson, Commissioner Cased and City Attorney Gorman
being present et roll call.
Clerk read minutes of the regular meeting held on Decembern23,193S and on
motion of Mr Halverson and Mr Cased same were approved ss read all members voting
Yes.
~ Motion by Mr Halvereon and Mr Cased that all bills approved by a majority of
the commission be allowed; carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson,
Yes. Mr Cased, Yes.
City Attorney Gorman stated that Mr Kelley of the C.W.a. had endorsed the plan
~or the paving of BurwelI Street.
~ property owner made complaint that storm water from a City street was running
across Hillcrest school grounds emptying sand and gravel into complainant's back
i yard. and on motion of Mr MoGlllivray and Mr Halverson the matter was referred to
the Commissioner of Streets.
Complaint was made that some one was erecting a bulWbead across the alley in remr
Enatai Inn. Motion by Mr MoGillivray and Mr Halverson to refer this complaint to the
Commissioner of streets, carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes.
Mr Cased, Yes.
Commissioner Cased reported that he had made the following appointments:
