Regular meeting of the City Co~isslon of the City of Bremerton,Washington,
held on saturday December 2, 195~ at ten o'clock A.M. Mayor McGillivray, presiding,
Commissioner Halvers0n and City attorney Gorman being present at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of of regular meeting of Nove~foer gS,19~$.and on motion of
Mr Halverson and Mr McGillivray samm were approved as read;
Clerk read resolution authorizing the sale of right of way for State Highway
through property of the Tater Department for the consideration of $~E0.00. and
authorizin~ the Mayor and Clerk to sign such deed or deeds.
Motion by Mr McGlliivray and Mr Halwerson to pass resblution as read,carried es
read, carried as follows: Mr. McGltllvray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Cased,Absent.
Motion by Mr Halverson and ~&r McGtllivray to allow all bills approved by a
majority of the City Commission, carried as follows: Mr McGillivray,Yes M~ Halverson
Yes. l~r Cased, Absent.
Clerk reported-this as date for opening bids for the improvement of Sixth Street
between Naval and Callow and Callow between Burwell and Sixth, and no bids were
received.
Motion by Mr MCGilltvray and, Ur ~Ialverson to extend the time for opening bids
until next regUlar meeting, carried as follOWs: Mr.MoGillivray, Yes. ~&r.Helverson,
Yes. Mr Cased, Yes.
Mr Willie Frone asked the:Commission to rent him the s~ll dwelling situate on
the property reaently purchased from his fathers the commission agreed to rent the
property for the sum of $8.00 per month payable in advance.
Motion by Mr Halverson and. M~ McGillivray to adjourn, carried as follows:
