October 7th 1933.
Regular meeting of the City Commission Of the City of Bremer~on,Washington,
held on saturday October 7,193~ at ten o'clock A.M., Mayor McGillivray,presiding,
Commissioner Halverson, Commissioner 'Casad and City Attorney Gorman, being present
at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of the regular nA statutory meetings held on September 30,
and October 2,1933 respectively and on motion of Mr Cased and Mr Halverson same were
approved as read all members voting Yes.
Clerk read petition~ from residents of 01ympi~ Avenue requesting the commissioners
on that Avenue
to have a light lnstalle~/midway between Burwell Street and the Navy Yard fence.
Motion by Mr Halverson a~ h~r McGlllivray to grant request,carried as follows:
Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, ~es. Mr Casad, Yes.
Clerk read letter from Mr G.A.Hastings commissioner of County Welfare Board in
reference to accounting for relief work; letter referred to 0ity Attorney.
Mrs Crltes and Mrs Evaneon appeared befOr~the~oomm~ssion asking adjustment of
claim against them for privilege of connecting with tr~n~ sewer of District ~1~.
Motion by Mr Halvers°n and Mr Casa~ to make charge of $~0.00 to each of these
property owners according to original agreement with Mrs ~rites, carried as follows:
Mr McGillivray, Yes'. Mr Halverson', Yes. Mr Cased, Y~s.
Motion by Mr Helverson and Mr Cased to allow all bills approved by a majority
of the commission, carried as fOllows: Mr MoGilliveay, Yes~ Mr. Halvereon, Yes.

Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to
make,execute and deliver unto the Independent Asphalt Company,a corporation, a
release and quit claim of easement for water .mains over and across
Lots One (1) and Two (21, Section Thirty-three
Township 24, Range One ~ast, also the Northeast' Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter,Section ~2, Township 24,
Range One (1) East, kitsap County, Washington.
Motion by Mr Mr Halverson and Mr MoGillivray to pass resolution as read,
carried as follows: Mr McGillivra~, Yes, Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Cased, ~es.
Motion by Mr McGllliveay and MrCasad to adjourn, carried as follows:
Mr McGlllivray, Yes. Mr Halvereon Yes. Mr Cased, Yes.
