held on saturday ~ay 6, 19~ at ten o'clock A.M,, Mayor McGillivray presiding,
Commissioner Halverson, Commissioner Casad and City Attbrney Gorman being present
at roll call.
Clerk rea~ minutes of regular meeting held on April 29, 1B~ and on motion of
~ Casad and ~&r Halverson came were approved as read all members voting
Clerk reported having received bidding blanks for the supply of water at the
navy yard and ammunition depot for the ensuing year and on motion of ~Ar Halverson
and ~ McGitlivray same was referred tO ~ommissioner Casad.
Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to
sell to Hiss Catherine McGowan all of lot l? of Block lC, Union High School Adtn.
to the Cities of Bremerton and Ch~rleston,Kiteap County, Wmshington for the full
sum of $6~0.00 on terms of $~2B.00 down and $~0B.00 with interest at seven per cent
one year from date.

City Attorney reported that the claim of Mr Emery Oassity had been filed with the
insurance company.
Clerk read Ordinance ~998 providing for daylight saving time between the first
of May and the last sunday of September 19~$ and declaring an emergency;
notion by Mr Halverson and Mr Casad to pass ordinance as read carried as follows:

Mr Casad reported on the bids submitted for new truck and recommended that the
Ford truck described under "Cass ~1" as submitted by the Kerr Motor 0ompany of Br.
