Regular meeting of the City Commiasion of the City of Bremerton,Washingt(m,
held on saturday April 29,1935 at ten o'clock A.M., Mayor MoGillivray presiding,
Co~missioner Halverson, 0ommissioner 0asad and City At~orney'Gorman being
present at roll call. '
Clerk read minutes of the regular meeting held on April ~2,19SS and on motion
of ~ Casad and Mr Halverson same were approved as read,all members voting Yes.
Cler~ read letter from Emery Cassity claiming damages to his automobile by
reason of wa~er department truck operated by ~ir, Kennedy being backed into his
oar°
~o~ion by Mr McGilli~ray and Mr Casad to refer to city a~torney,carried as
follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes, Nr. Casad, Yes.
Clerk read letter from M~r. 0. Pedersen, R.P.D.~l claiming that the water
department had a supply line~!on his prope~y, requesting tha~ the pipes be re-
moved or he be given free water.

Clerk reported tha~ he ~ad received fou~ bids 'for new truck;
Motion by Mr 0asad and Mr McGil~ivray and Mr Casad to open bids,carried as
follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Er Halverson, Yes. Mr Caaad, Yes.'
Clerk opened and read bids and on motion of Mr Oasad and Mr McGtlltvray
all bids were referred to the commission as a whole for consideration~
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr Oasad to allow all bills approved by'a maJ~
ority of the commission, carried a~ follows: Mr ~cGi~livray, Yes.~Mr. Halverson

0lark read resolution approving and confirming assignment of contarct of
purchase and sale from D.A.Daugherty to the Hi-Way Lumber Company, Inc.,
~otion by Mr Halverson and Mr Casad to pa~s resolution as read, carried as
follows; Mr EcGillivray, Yes, Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Casad, Yes.
