Regular meeting of the City Commission of the 0ity of Bremerton, Washington,
held on saturday April 22, 1933 at ten o'clo4k A. M.. Mayor'McGillivray presiding,
0ommissioner Halverson, Commissioner Casad and City Attorney Gorman being present
at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of regular meetin held on April 15,1933 and on motion of
~,M Casad and Mr Halverson same were approve as read,all members voting Yes.
Clerk read let~r from eight citizens requesting that the old on block two
first addition to 0harleston be torn down as same has long been abandoned and
become a menace t~ :-~ ~,~ to the public.
Motion by Mr Halverson and~ff~r Oasad to refer to building inspector, carried as
follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Ealverson, Yes. M~r 0asad, Yes.
Clerk read letter from Washington ~orest ~ire Association relating to protestion
and patrol of City Water shed.
Motion by ~ Halverson and N~r McGillivray to refer to commissioner Oasad with
power to take action; carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr H~lverson, Yes.
Mr Oasad, Yes.
~otion by Mr Halverson and Mr MoGillivray to allow all bills approved by a maj-
ority of the commission, carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes

Motion by Mr Hmlverson and Mr McGillivray tO have clean up week for the patrons
of at least six months standing.

The commission had up for ~onsideration the improved building code as prepared
by l~r Branch under direction of the commission; ~M Branch explained some of its
provisions and the commissioners decided to submit the code to the building trades
cotb'loil.
Motion by Mr McGillivray and Mr Oaead to adjourn, carried aw follows:
