Jmes Ol~o~rk ~or ~[~e s~ of ~,~205.00 cash all of lo~s $5 and ~6 in Block :~2 original
of Charleston,Kitsap Co~ty, Washington; and to issue to the said J~e Clark,in the
uame of the City, a quit claim deed ~o said lo~s.
