held on saturday December 22, 1934 at ten o'clock i,.M., Mayor McGillivray presiding,
Cor~issioner Halverson and City attorney Gorman being present at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of regular meeting held on December 15,1934 and on motion of
Mr Halverson and Mr McGillivray same were approved as read all members voting Yes.
~r H. L. ~hite,,1006 Pennsylvania nvenue, requested permission to construct Septic
Tank in front of his house, and on motion of Mr McGilllvray and Mr Halverson was refer:
ed to tiealth Officer and Building Inspector.
Clerk read final Estimate ~f L. I. D. #13~ as submitted by City Engineer and on
Motion of Mr Halverson and Mr McGillivray same was laid over for further information.
~otion by Mr Halverson and ~r ~icGlllivray to allow all bills approved by a majority
of the cou~ission, carried as.:follows: Mr i~oGi]livray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes, Mr
Oasad, ~bsent.
Clerk read ~uit Claim Deed from John B. Lex and ~nna M.Lex, conveying a strip of
land 1~ feet wide for use as a Public alley as follows~ The East 1~ feet of the fotl¢ ~ing
described tract of land: Beginning ~1~ feet north and EE~ feet East of the Southwest
corner of Lot ~, Section 13, Township 2~ ~orth Range 1 East of ~.M.~ thence ~ast lei
feet; thence South ~.~ ~1 ~/~ feet to point of beginning.
Motion by Mr ~cGillivray and Mr Halverson to accept deed and instruct Clerk to have
same recorded, carried as follows: ~r McGilllvray, Yes. ~r Halverson, Yes. Mr Casad,
