Regular meeting of the City Go~nission of the City of Bremerton, ~'ashington,
held on saturday December 8,1934- at ten o'clock ~.M.,Mayor McGillivray presiding.
Oo~m~issioner Casad and City ~ttorney Gorman being present at roll cull.
Clerk read minutes of regular meeting of Dec.l,1934 and on motion of Mr Cased
dud Mr McGillivray same were approved as read,both members voting Yes.
Clerk reported this as date set for hearing on ~rO~osed improvement of ~lley in
Block 2,Breser's First zddition, and reported that one protest had been filed by
l~liss Claudia bvVall. The plans for the improvement ;~s examined by the IYP~yor
an~ interested property owners and no objection was made by any one present.
Motion by Mr McGillivrsy and Mr Casad to overrule protest,carried as follows:

Clerk read Ordinance approving the plans and on motion of Mr McGillivray and
Mr Casad same were approved as submitted, both members voting Yes.
Clerk read ordinance providing for the improvemeh~ of the alley in Block two
L.I.D.~136 and providing that payment for said
Bremer's
first
addition;
creating
improve~ent be made by special assessmonts upon the property in said District,
payable by mod~ of payment by bonds.
~otion by Mr MoGillivray and Mr Casad to pass ordinance on first reading and
file for one week in Clerks office for public inspection, carried as follows:
Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Casad, Yes. Mr Halverson, ~bsent.
Motion bN Mr McGillivray and Mr Casad to allow all bills approved by a majority
of the do~m~ission, carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Oasad,Yes.Mr Halver

Clerk rea~ resignation of Dr p.L.Sanders and on motion of Mr Casad and
Gillivray same was a~oepted both mombers voting Yes.
The Mayor appointed Dr. D. H. Polk and on motion of Mr ~s d and Mr McOillivray
a~3oiatmrnt was confirmed, both members voting Yes.

Bremerton~at the meeting E~eoutlve OoH~nittee of ~ashington Cities to be held in
Olympia next iuesd y Dec.ll,19~, carried as follows Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr
