Co~ai~:sioner Halverson and City ,~ttorney Gor~n being present.
Clerk read minutes of the regular meeting keld on Nov.17,1934 and on motion
Mr ifalverson and ~lr McGiltivray same were approved as read.
Mr ±fulverson reported that Co,mittee of the whole had awarded the contract for
painting the wharf builuing to Flaherty, Whitney and Nichols under the supervision
of Mr z.J.Buc lay for the sum of $~9~:57. Paint to be purchased from ~.A.Buckley
arid the necessary oil from Johnson's Paint Shop. "
i4otion by Mr [[alverson and Mr McGillivray to allow all bills approved by a maj-
ority of the cormission, carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson,Yes,

Cl~rk read petition fro~thirteen interested property owners requesting the
co~isslon to order the improvement of Pennsylvania Avenue from Sixth Street to
Eighth Street, by paving.
Motion by Mr lIalverson and Mr McGillivray to refer petition to City Engineer
for checking, carried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes.
