Hegular mseting of the City Co~unission of the City of Bremerton,Washington, held on
saturday Nov.l?,1934 at ten o'clock ~.M., Mayor McGillivray,Presidlng, Co~mmissioner
Helverson end Connnissioner Cased being present at roll call, the City ~ttorney arriving
a few minutes later.
Clerk read minutes of the regular meeting held on Nov.10,1934 and on motion of ~r
Ca,ad and Mr Hatverson same ~ere approved as read, all.members voting yes.
Clerk reported having received twelve bids for the painting of the outside of the
Municipal wharf building and on motion of Mr Halverson and ~r Cased same were duly open~
and read and on motion of Mr H~lverson and ~r McGillivray were all referred to the
co~mJ~i~tee of the whole for further consideratlon~ with authority to award contract.
Notion by Mr Halverson and ~r Cased to allow all bills approved by a majority of the
co~m~ission, c~rried as follows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. ~r Halverson, Yes. Mr Cased, Yes.

Clerk reed resolution authorizing the mayor and Clerk to issue quit claim deed to
Zrnold ~. ~anE for Lots nine to ~ourteen in Bloe~ Fifteen of Ole Hansen's First ad~itio~
~o Charleston, under certain conditions as provided by resolution.~otion by ~r Cased an~
~r.~talverson to pass resolution carried, all members voting Yes.
Clerk re~d resolution showing that one E.H.Clark had purchased on contract Lot 14 of
~lock 11, ~le Hansen's first a~ition to Charleston, and had assigned said contract of
· J. Perrey; and authorizing the ~sslgnment and a~thorizing the ~ayor and City Clerk
o execute and deliver a deed to said F.J.Perry when the teens of said contract has been
~omplied with.
