Regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,Washington,
held on saturday I~ov.10,1934 at ten o'clock z.M., Mayor McGlllivray, presiding,
Co~mi, sionersHalverson and Cased being present a_t roll call.
Clerk read minutes of the regular meeting held iWov.3,1934 and adjournment
thereof held ~ov.7,1934 and on motion of Mr Cased and Mr Halverson same were
approved as road all members voting Yes.
Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk'to sell
Iot~ seven in block six Charleston,Kitsap County f~ashington to B.C.Runge for the sum
of ~'ll5.00 on terms of ~71.00 down and balance payable in installmemts of ~5.00 per
~onth with interest at 7% per annum until t~e full payment thereof.
Motion by Mr ~lalverson and ~r MoGillivray to pass resolution as read,carried as
~ollows: Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes. Mr Cased, Yes.
Mr Cased reported on the bids for the improvement of High zvenue et al; Fourth and
,~ifth Streets et al; and Tenth Street.
Motion by Mr McGillivray and Mr Halverson to award the contract for materials for
ligh ~venue et al. to Parker Lumber Co. the lowest and best bid, carried as follows:

Motion by Mr McGillivray and ~r Halverson to award the contract for materials for
the improvement of Fourth and Fifth Streets and other thoroughfares to the Parker
L~m~ber Company who had submitted the lowest and best bid, carried as follows: Mr.
,icGi]livray, Yes. Mr italverson, Yes. ~lr Cased, Yes.
Motion by I~dr McGillivray and Mr Halverson to award the contract for materials for
;he improvement of Tenth Street to the lowest and best bidder, the Parker L~nnber Co;
