Regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,Washington,
held on saturday August 25,1934 at ten o'clock ~.M. Mayor McGillivray,presiding.
Commissioner Casad and City ~t~orney Gorman being present at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of the meeting held on August 18, 1934 and on motion of Mr
Casad and Mr McGillivray same were approved as read.
Letter read from Mr Garrison offering to pay $150.00 for Christmas Trees and
Clerk was directed to request Mr Garrison to'meet with the Commissioners to consult.
Clerk reported that he had been served with a 'Show Ca,se' order in the matter of
the Kitsap Farmer's Marketing ~ssooiatlon; order referred to City ztto~ney.
Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to sell
all of'Lot 31 and the north half of Lot 30, Block ll, 0la Hanson's Second ~ddition
to Charleston,~ashington to H. H. Keith for the sum of $165.00, on payments of $25.00
down and the balance on monthly payments of not less than $15.00 per month with lnteres
at the rate of 7% per annum.
Motion by Mr McGillivray and Mr Casad to pass resolution as read,carried as follows:

Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and City 0lark to sell to
L. A. Prichard and wife all of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 20, Township 24 North Range i East of W.M., Kltsap County, Washington.
for the s~n of $500.00 on terms $~ $5.00 per month for the first year and $7.50 per
month thereafter with interest on deferred payments of 17% per annum.
Motion by Mr Casad and Mr McGlllivray to pass resolution as read, carried as follows

The Mayor reported that he had appointed Toney Allen a member of the Police force
temporarllly.
Motion by Mr Casad and Mr McGlllivray to ~onfirm appointment, carried as follows:
Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Casad, Yes. Mr Halverson, Absent.
Mr Casad reported that he had leased a new Chlorinator plant from Wallace and Tierne
for ~200.00 per month with option of purchase for $3200.00.
Motion by Mr McGilllvray and Mr Casad to allow all bills approved by a majority of
the commission, carried as follows: Mr McGilllvray Yes. Mr Casad, Yes. Mr Halverson
