Regular meeting of the City Con~ission of the City of Bremerton,~ashington,
held on saturday May 12,1934 at ten o'clock z.M., Mayor McGillivray, presiding,
Coimnissioner Halverson being present at roll call, Mr Casad being out of town on
City business.
Minutes of ~pril 28,1933 and ofbMa~:'~th 1934 read and approved as read,both
members voting yes.
Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and Clerk to sell all
all of Lots 16 and 17 of Block #8 Port Orchard addition to Mrs Bessie Collier for
the total sm~ of ~375.00 on terms of ~180.00 down and ~190.00 on monthly payments of
~5.00 each with interest at the rate of 7% per annm~ on all deferred ~ayments.
i~otion by Mr Halverson and Mr McGillivray to pass resolution as read,carried as
follows; Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson, Yes, ~r. Casad, absent.
Clerk read letter from Mr L. ~. Prichard, wishing to purchase ~ert~ln land the
~roperty of the ,;ater Department. Letter refferred ~o Mr Casad.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr McGillivray to allow all bills approved by m~m a
~jority of the co~mnission, carried as follows; Mr McGillivray, Yes. Mr Halverson,
~es. Mr Casad absent.
Motion by Mr Halverson and Mr MoGillivray to adjourn, carried as follows:
