Regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,Washington,
held on saturday April 28,1934,at tenno'clock a.M., Mayor McGlllivray presiding,
Connuissioner Halverson, Co~aissioner Casad and City ~ttorney Gorman being present
at roll call.
Clerk read minutes of the regular meeting held on April 21 1934 and on motion of
Mr Casad and Mr Halverson same were approved as read all members voting Yes.
Clerk read resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to sell
to Hugh Bartlett all of Lots i to 20 Block ~ne (1) Velton's addition to Charleston,
Kitsap County, Washington. for the total purchase of $2300.00 on terms of ~500.00
down and monthly payments of $50.00 until the full payment thereof with interest at
7~ per annu~.
~otion by Halverson and ~r McGillivray to allow all bills approved by a majority

Motion by Mr Halverson and ~r Casad to adjourn until 1~.00 o'clock A.~. monday

Regular meeting of the City Commission reconvened at ten o'clock a.~., April 50,19~
~iayor Mc Gillivray presiding, Commissioners Halverson and Casad being present at roll
call.
City Engineer submitted Final Estimate of Local Improvement District #12~ and same
was read by the Clerk. Total Cost of Improvement $~5,041.18; amount to be charged
District $8,497.94. He also reported that the Job had been completed in a satisfaotor
manner, and also filed the Assessment Roll with the Clerk.
Motion by ~r Halverson and Mr ~cGillivray to approve Estimate and accept the job,
and set Saturday June 2, 1934 as date of hearing on roll; carried as follows:

I Motion by ~r Halverson and ~r ~cGlllivray that any additional cost billed by State
Highway Department,not included in the Original Estimate and found necessary to complet,
ithe job, be c~arged to State Gasoline Tax~Refund,~acoount, carried as follows:
